The Mediterranean Sea teaches us humility and puts us all on the same wavelength. Algajola is a rediscovered space-time and Casa Orfea is a place designed to recharge your batteries and share.
In the movement Slow Food, we want to take the time to prepare your breakfast, from cooking to serving. As far as possible, we offer simple, seasonal and local products, short cycles and homemade gourmet preparations.
Thus, at the Casa Orfea, you book your breakfast the day before, you select your menu to avoid waste and you are served at the table, to sit down, enjoy, savor.

Algajola and Casa Orfea sort their waste and invite you to help them.
Ecology is a great challenge that we want to address today. Our Philosophy is an invitation to live in the moment. We have a long way to go and the method can be improved, but the will is strong and your solidarity is honourable.

Recycling
In Algajola, waste is collected door to door. Each room has 3 baskets to facilitate sorting. A public bin (bio-waste) is also present in the common areas.
